So it's been a while...

Okay, so it's been a while since I've blogged, but I'm going to try and keep up with it more now. Lol! Well, I got a new job working in Municipal Court for the City of Sugar Land! It's great! I love it! It's a lot of paperwork, (A LOT of paperwork), actually, that's mostly all that it is... But the people are sooo much nicer!!! It's great! And working 8-5 m-f off holidays and weekends is great too!! I get to see Sydnie every afternoon when I get home!
And speaking of my little wonder-baby...
She's doing so good! She's teething, and sometimes she's fussy at night and doesn't let me sleep much, but for the most part she isn't taking it too bad! Now, the one thing that has got my attention and concern is that she is starting to become picky about what she eats. If she doesn't like something, she won't hesitate to let you know. She will cry and cry and cry, and then she'll razz and spit her food all over the place! (Even on herself!) I don't know if there is something that I can do for that to make her stop being so picky or what... I don't know. Anywho's, I just spoke with grandma on the phone who said that she thinks Sydnie has cut her first tooth!! I'm going to try and check it when I get home. (It sure is hard to get her to keep her mouth open long enough to look at her gums! Lol!) ^_^ Oh, and Sydnie can get up on her hands and knees for a minute or two at a time now, and she's started rocking on them as if she's trying to get the leverage to put a knee forward and start moving! She's about to be on the go!! She loves her walker now! She just loves to zoom around the kitchen! I took her outside for a few minutes while Grandma watered her plants, and Sydnie got some good speed going down the sidewalk! Just today at lunch, she got up over the lip between the kitchen linoleum and the carpet in the den! She's ready to move!! Anyways, she and I are heading up to Lewisville on Saturday to visit her Auntie Leah and Aunt Erin! We are so excited!!! This will be Sydnie's first road trip! (I hope she handles it well!) I'm hoping that if I wake her up early enough and get her fed, changed, and on the road, she'll sleep most of the way. Well, I guess I'd better get back to work now! Lol! Laters!
